Victorian House Andover Positive: The house is roomy . Garden is spacious.Well equipped kitchen with a big fridge, decent size freezer and dishwasher! 3 toilets ! Spacious double bedrooms.Private driveway for parking 2 cars. Lovely dinning room area with a big table to sit 6 comfortably. Downstairs toilet and utility room. Negative: The beds were squeaky . Only 2 double beds upstairs. Small shower cubicle. In total 4 bedrooms, one downstairs next to the lounge with double bed and three upstairs bedrooms. Massive bath in the upstairs main bathroom .. maybe a bit too big ! ? Damp at the top of the stairs and damp smell in the main bathroom.

Ideal for family with young children Positive: Location, number of bedrooms and garden Negative: By today’s standard you would not define this as an ‘executive’ property more of well worn family home in need of some good TLC.

Comfortable and convenient Positive: Fantastic location, near Chinese, Indian restaurants. Rare to find parking this convenient. Peaceful backyard.
