Avoid – not fit for stay Negative: The apartment was in completely unacceptable condition and clearly not cleaned. It was not usable upon arrival. The property name “Executive Apartments” is highly misleading – there was absolutely nothing “executive” about the apartment or its condition. The only solution offered was late-evening cleaning that would have taken hours — not reasonable after a long travel day, especially with a 70-year-old in our group. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. No alternative was provided, and we have still not received a refund or even a commitment to refund the payment, despite the property being unfit for stay. Conclusion: Avoid this property. Misleading description, unacceptable condition, and poor handling of the situation.

Positive: The decor was good. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked the air con in the bedrooms too. Negative: Not enough dishes. Cutlery. No wine glasses. The 6 flights of stairs.

Nice apartment in convenient location. Positive: This is a nice unit for a longer stay in Andover. It has a convenient location and comes with parking which not all rentals have. Negative: It is a bunch of steps for the 3rd floor but at least they are wide. The unit is very nice but could use with a bit more kitchen supplies. The other thing it could really use in a floor length mirror. There is no way to see all of your self when you are getting ready in the morning.
